Is there a charge for adding users?
No. HeroMed Core AI includes unlimited clinicians, administrators, receptionists, locums and support staff. There are no per-user or per-seat charges.
What is included in HeroMed Core AI?
The $99/month subscription includes the complete clinical and practice management platform, the AI Medical Scribe, the AI Invoicing Hero and 3,000 AI credits every month.
What happens to the 3,000 included credits?
They are valid for your current monthly billing cycle and expire at the end of it. A fresh 3,000 credits are added automatically at the start of the next cycle.
How do additional AI credits work?
Additional credits cost $0.01 each and are added through a flexible recurring monthly allocation, billed alongside your Core AI subscription.
Do purchased credits expire?
Yes. Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months from allocation, and unused balances roll forward within that period.
Can I change my monthly credit allocation?
Yes. Increase or decrease your recurring allocation as your practice changes, subject to the applicable billing terms and effective dates.
Is Booking Hero included?
No. Core AI includes your internal practice calendar and appointment management. Booking Hero is a separate $19/month module that lets patients book online.
Is AI Invoicing Hero included?
Yes. AI Invoicing Hero is included in the $99 Core AI subscription. For South African practices it unlocks RocketSwitch EDI, HeroMed's built-in medical scheme claiming.
Are WhatsApp and SMS provider charges included?
No. The WhatsApp & SMS module is $15/month. Third-party messaging, carrier and provider charges are additional.
How do I know what my practice will cost?
Use the personalised pricing estimate to tell us about your practice, and we will recommend a suitable monthly credit allocation and overall cost.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. HeroMed Core AI starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
I'm an existing HeroMed Prime user — where do I log in?
Use the Log in button at the top of the page and choose HeroMed Prime, or head straight to legacy.heromed.app. Your account, billing and support continue as normal.
