Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every HeroMed plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to the platform and your AI credits so you can evaluate everything before you decide.

What is the difference between HeroMed Core AI and HeroMed Prime?

HeroMed Core AI is our global AI practice platform — scheduling, notes, patient CRM, billing, AI Scribe and AI Heroes — and is the right choice for most practices. Choose HeroMed Prime only if you specifically need real-time medical scheme EDI claim responses for South Africa.

What are AI credits and how do they work?

AI credits meter usage of the AI Heroes — for example transcribing a consult with the AI Scribe or drafting a patient message. Solo includes 1,500 credits per month, Team 3,000, and Practice 7,500. Unused credits do not roll over, and you can top up any time.

How is billing handled and can I change plans?

Billing is monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Do you offer a plan for larger practices or hospital groups?

Yes. Our Custom plan supports 20+ users with dedicated onboarding, priority support, custom integrations and volume pricing. Contact us and we will scope a plan that fits your group.
