Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every HeroMed plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to the platform and your AI credits so you can evaluate everything before you decide.
I'm an existing HeroMed Prime user — where do I log in?
Use the Log in button at the top of the page and choose HeroMed Prime, or head straight to legacy.heromed.app. Your account, billing and support continue as normal.
What are AI credits and how do they work?
AI credits meter usage of the AI Heroes — for example transcribing a consult with the AI Scribe or drafting a patient message. Solo includes 1,500 credits per month, Team 3,000, and Practice 7,500. Credits refresh each month and do not roll over; you can top up any time.
Are there costs beyond the monthly Core AI plan?
Core AI covers the complete practice platform and AI Scribe. You can add optional AI Hero modules, extra users and AI credit top-ups based on your practice's needs. Everything is priced openly and added to the same bill — no forced bundles.
How is billing handled and can I change plans?
Billing is monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you offer a plan for larger practices or hospital groups?
Yes. Our Custom plan supports 20+ users with dedicated onboarding, priority support, custom integrations and volume pricing. Contact us and we will scope a plan that fits your group.
