What does HeroMed cost?
HeroMed Core AI is a published monthly plan per practice, from a solo plan through team, practice and enterprise tiers, and every plan includes the AI Scribe and a monthly AI credit allowance. Optional AI Hero modules — Booking, AI Invoicing, AI Reception, AI Marketing, and WhatsApp and SMS — are added per practice per month on top, and extra AI credits can be topped up. There is a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required.

How the pricing works
- One Core AI plan per practice, priced by practice size, covering the diary, patient records, clinical notes with the AI Scribe included, invoicing, claims and reporting.
- A monthly AI credit allowance included in every plan. The AI Scribe and other AI features draw from it, and you can top up credits if you run low.
- Optional modules you add only if you need them: Booking, AI Invoicing, AI Reception, AI Marketing, and WhatsApp and SMS messaging.
- A 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

What is not extra
The AI Scribe is not a separate subscription, and South African real-time medical scheme claiming is part of the platform rather than a bolt-on.
