What to weigh up
- Claiming. Medicare online claiming, Easyclaim, ECLIPSE, DVA and NDIS invoicing each behave differently. Test one real claim of every type you submit before you sign anything — our guide to which claiming channel to use when sets out the differences.
- Documentation. Session notes are the largest recoverable time cost in most clinics. HeroMed includes the AI Scribe in the Core AI plan rather than charging for it separately.
- Growth cost. Ask for pricing at your current size and with two more practitioners, plus the cost of each optional module.
