What is an AI medical scribe?
An AI medical scribe listens to a consultation, with the patient''s consent, and drafts the clinical note for the practitioner to review, correct and sign. It does not diagnose, decide or sign anything. In HeroMed the AI Scribe is included in the Core AI plan and drafts straight into the patient record.

How it works in practice
- You get the patient''s consent to record the consultation.
- The consultation happens normally — no dictating, no pausing to type.
- The scribe produces a structured draft note in the format your discipline uses.
- You read it, correct anything wrong, add what is missing, and sign it.
Step 4 is not optional. The note is the practitioner''s clinical record and the practitioner''s responsibility.
