The pricing model matters more than the headline figure: per-user and per-claim charges grow as the practice grows. HeroMed Core AI is priced per practice per month, includes an AI Scribe and monthly AI credits, with optional AI Hero modules added on top.

Compare the true monthly cost, not the advertised one. Ask each vendor:
- Is the price per practice or per practitioner, and what happens when you add one?
- Are there per-claim or per-transaction charges?
- Is an AI scribe included, or a separate subscription?
- Which of the features you were shown are extra modules?
- Is there a setup, migration or training fee?
- What is the contract term, and what does exiting look like?
